Mission
In Bruderheim Elementary School, we have responsible students and staff who strive to do their best in all things!
Goals
Our goals are for the students of Bruderheim Elementary School:
- to improve academic achievement
- to exhibit a desire to learn
- to develop a love for lifelong learning
- to be respectful
- to be responsible
Our school is working together with the family, community, churches, Children's Services, RCMP, and the Family Health Unit for the development of the total child - academically, physically, socially, emotionally and creatively. We encourage students to develop positive attitudes towards themselves as unique individuals, towards their peers, and to the world. Learning is an on-going process - each step leading to a higher level of thinking and responsibility. Our ultimate goal is to instill an appreciation and desire for life-long learning.
Kindergarten Registrations Being Accepted
We're currently taking registrations for the 2012/2013 school year. Your child is eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for the upcoming school year if he/she will be five years old on or before March 1, 2013.
If you missed April's Kindergarten Parent Information Night, you are welcome to stop by the school, get registration information and have a tour.

Parent Resource from Alberta Eductation
This is a new resource provided by Alberta Education. It contains curriculum/subject information, student assessment, how parents can help their children, and educational choices that are available for students. This is a K-12 resource and includes a Q and A section. (Available in English and French)
